How do I submit a Customer Care Ticket?

We encourage you to review the helpful topics on the game forums where many questions are answered much faster than email. The community is very helpful!

If you can't find your answer on the forum or if your question requires private information such as billing or currency issues to be discussed, please submit a ticket directly to our Customer Care Team:

Most new games have in-game support via Helpshift (a great tool that allows you to contact our team much faster than email) Please go to the game settings and tap on the HELP or Customer Care button to access this tool without having to exit the game. For an example on how to get there, please see this thread for the Tap Sports Baseball game. If your game does not have In-game help, please submit a ticket to our team. Please be aware that it may take from 48 hours up to 5 business days for a response depending on how busy the support queue is. Thanks for your understanding.
