Firstly, I purchased a book through Kobo and got my points almost immediately.

Since then I have completed the 'Win a Weber BBQ Grill' (246 points) and 'Win $300 in Colgate Samples!' (107 points). As I expected my inbox is bombarded by the e-mails of the sponsors, which was the obvious trade-off for the credits.

Unfortunately, these credits did not arrive. I am now left to either accept these e-mails or go through the tiresome process of unsubscribing from each sender.

Why offer these 'free' deals if the credits are not forthcoming?
