    Character lost. AGAIN!!!!!

    Once again my character has been lost. Except this time it was while i was playing the game. I finished killing the minotaur and went back to the main screen and my character is gone. Somehow i dont think i could of killed the minotaur with a level 1 character. i logged outand restarted the game and boom, im level 1.

    This is the second time in the last few months that my game info has been lost. Not happy

    So its almost been 2 weeks now, and still no reply from glu admin via email or this thread. Very dissappointing i think. Im no hacker, now am m i the greatest player. But i am a customer that they just dont seem to care about or as it appears tombe

    Come on Glu, is been over a month. I have sent the ticket to support. I have posted in forums. I have tried just about every suggestion that is there and i get no reply what so ever. This is just poor customer service. When is my game going to be fixed?

    I have the same issue, but i spent money several days ago.
